As we have said many times before, it is a Nava Natha Siddha secret that Lord Shri Rama took a vow to install one crore (10 million) Shiva Lingas. One of these Shiva Lingas is in the Kasi Visvanathar Temple in the northern bank of the Maha Maham Sacred Pond in Kumbakonam.
Vasishta Maharishi was doing tapasya in Thiru Nallur to get the darshan of Navaneetha Krishna - the boy form of Krishna with butter in His hand. To this maharishi, Lord Shri Ram gave darshan with Rudramsa - the darshan of SHIVA RAMA!
